3 | cups | Cheerios cereal; finely crushed |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | McCormick/Schilling black pepper |
2½ | pounds | Broiler-fryer chicken; cut up |
½ | cup | Evaporated milk |
2 | tablespoons | Blue Bonnet margarine; melted |
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with aluminum foil. Mix cereal, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into milk; roll in cereal mixture until well coated. Place chicken skin sides up in pan; drizzle with melted margarine. Bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour (do not turn chicken). 4 servings.
