| 1 | quart | Water |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 4 | tablespoons | Instant coffee |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla (up to) |
| 1 | Fifth vodka | |
Directions
A friend of mine makes Kahlua quite frequently. I asked her for her recipe.
Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Let cool and 1 Tbsp. Vanilla and either a pint or fifth of Vodka.
