Kouclas bi khobz (moroccan rice dumpling)

Ingredients

1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
1 | large | Yellow onion, chopped (about 3/4 cup) |
3 | larges | Eggs |
¼ | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
2 | tablespoons | All-purpose flour |
Salt to taste |
Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth or aluminum foil and tie securely.
2. Cook in dafina.
