Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds White fish, cut in chunks
1 cup Onion, sliced
1 teaspoon Lacama (see recipe)
1 cup Potatoes, diced
1 cup Carrots, diced
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sweet red pepper
1 cup Tomatoes, cubed
½ teaspoon Saffron
½ cup Olive oil, heated
1 Red pepper, sliced

Directions

Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento.

Simmer slowly for about ¾ hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
