Lamb stew (quick)

1 | pounds | Stew lamb; cooked |
4 | mediums | Carrots; cut in strips |
3 | mediums | Potatoes; diced |
1 | cup | Celery; sliced |
1 | Envelope onion soup mix | |
3 | tablespoons | Flour |
2¼ | cup | Water |
3 | Cloves garlic; minced |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in 2½ quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high (100 percent) to boiling, 10 to 12 minutes; stir. Cover and let stand 5 minutes and microwave until vegetables are tender,10 to 12 minutes more, stirring every 5 minutes.
