Lamb with macaroni^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Macaroni, cooked
4 cups Lamb, cooked and minced
cup Tomato sauce
1 small Onion, chopped
½ Green pepper, chopped

Directions

Put 1 cup macaroni into a buttered baking dish. Add 2 cups lamb, another layer of macaroni and another layer of lamb. Mix the tomato sauce, onion and green pepper together. Pour evenly over the layers.

Sprinkle with crumbs and bake until heated through. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
