Lane cake filling

Quantity Ingredient
8 eaches Egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
1 Wine glass of wine
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Butter
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Nuts

Directions

Beat yolks fo eggs with sugar and butter. Cool in double boiler until thick. Add raisins, nuts, wine and vanilla.

Usually used as filling with at least 2 regular cake layers cut in half.
