Lemon verbena syrup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Lemon juice
cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Minced fresh lemon verbena
Or lemon thyme

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let mixture steep for 20 minutes. Strain syrup to remove lemon verbena.
