Lemon-garlic-dijon chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or more, to taste)
¾ teaspoon Lemon pepper
3 Cloves garlic
¼ cup Butter or margarine

Directions

Chicken Salt and pepper Juice and pulp of 1 lemon (or more) Place chicken in the broiler until it starts to brown. Place all of the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat for a few minutes.

Brush the chicken with the sauce, turning to coat all sides. Place the chicken in the oven, covered with a little sauce, and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. Serve over rice.
