Lexington-style barbeque dip

Ingredients

3 | cups | Apple cider vinegar |
⅔ | cup | Brown or white sugar |
½ | cup | Ketchup |
2 | tablespoons | Texas Pete hot sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
2 | teaspoons | Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Let sit for several hours before serving.
