Ingredients

6 eaches Boneless skinless chicken
Breast halves
2 larges Green pepper -- cut 1 1/2
Pieces
2 larges Onion -- cut 18 wedges
18 mediums Fresh mushrooms
1 Bottle
¼ cup Soy sauce -- light
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Italian salad dressing --
Low-fat 8 oz

Directions

Cut each chicken breast half into three lengthwise strips. Place all ingredients in a glass bowl or large plastic bag; cover or seal. Stir or turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and vegetables, reserving marinade.

Thread alternately on 18 short skewers. Grill over medium heat coals turning and basting with marinade occasionally, for 12-15 min. or until chicken juices run clear. Yield: 6 servings.
