Light honey ginger lager

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Malt Extract Powder-Light
pounds Honey
ounce Cascade Hops; boiling
½ ounce Cascade Hops; finishing
4 ounces Ginger root; grated
1 pack Lager yeast
¾ cup Corn sugar; bottling

Directions

Add the malt extract, honey, ginger and boiling hops to 1½ gal of water and boil for 60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-4 min of boiling. Sparge into cold water. Pitch when cool. Bottle when done.
