Light vegetable miso soup

Ingredients

½ | Carrot, slivered | |
1 | Scallion, sliced very thin | |
1 | tablespoon | Frozen peas |
2 | cups | Water |
1 | pack | Ramen or 2 vermicelli nests |
1½ | teaspoon | Miso |
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Put in the carrot, scallion, noodles and peas. Let simmer for about 3 minutes, till the noodles are done. Put the miso in a cup and add about 2 tablespoons hot water from the pot.
Stir till blended and then put back in the pot. Serve.
