Light vegetable miso soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ Carrot, slivered
1 Scallion, sliced very thin
1 tablespoon Frozen peas
2 cups Water
1 pack Ramen or 2 vermicelli nests
teaspoon Miso

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Put in the carrot, scallion, noodles and peas. Let simmer for about 3 minutes, till the noodles are done. Put the miso in a cup and add about 2 tablespoons hot water from the pot.

Stir till blended and then put back in the pot. Serve.
