Lime pepper chicken

1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme,crushed |
1 | teaspoon | Cracked black pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
2 | To 2 1/2 lbs. meaty chicken pieces(breasts,wings,thighs ,legs) |
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl, stir together lime peel, lime juice, oil, thyme, pepper and garlic salt.
Set mixture aside. Place chicken, skin side down, on a unheated rack in a broiler pan. Brush with sauce. Broil 4 to 5" from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned, brushing often with sauce.
Turn chicken. Brush with sauce. Broil 10 to 15 minutes more or until no longer pink, brushing often with sauce.
