Lindsay's famous hi-pro pancakes

1 | cup | Corn meal |
1 | cup | Oat bran |
1¾ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 | Teaspopon sale | |
2 | tablespoons | Nutritional yeast |
2 | tablespoons | Honey or barley malt syrup |
1¼ | Low fat soy milk;, (more if necessary for correct consistency, Jan's note) |
Directions
(I really like these, ;more interesting that the plain ones, great with real maple syrup, or apples sauteed and lightly sweetened with maple syrup) Here are some pancake recipes, you can add diced bananas, washed and drained blueberries, or other favorite fruit to either of these. Combine dry ingredients, add wet, mix well, let stand 5 minutes - add more liquid as required (Jan's note), cook normally.
