Low density biskettes

Ingredients

2 | cups | All-purpose flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
½ | cup | Milk or buttermilk |
Directions
Boot oven to 400F. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with a fork.
Stir in the milk and mix well. Knead dough for a few minutes. Roll out onto a floured surface to about ¾-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a cutter and place on a greased baking sheet.
