Low-calorie chicken okra gumbo

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Chicken; cut up
Salt & pepper to taste
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 pack Frozen okra
Tomato; optional
14 cups Water

Directions

Remove skin from chicken; season with salt and pepper. Place garlic and onion in a pot with raw chicken. Add water; heat to a boil. Add tomato and okra. Cook until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
