Lucille's lemon pound cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Eggs
2 Sticks butter
3 cups Cake flour
1 tablespoon Lemon extract
2 teaspoons Almond extract
3 cups Sugar
¼ teaspoon Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Buttermilk

Directions

Beat eggs thoroughly. Cream softened butter with sugar; add eggs and mix thoroughly. Dissolve the soda and salt in the buttermilk. Add to creamed mixture altemating with the flour. Beat thoroughly; add extracts. Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
