Luscious holiday truffles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Dried Apricot Halves; chopped
½ cup Prunes; chopped
½ cup Golden Raisins
¼ cup Dates; chopped
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Cocoa

Directions

Place all ingredients except the cocoa food processor. Process until a paste forms, stopping occasionally to scrape sides. Shape mixture into bite-sized balls; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll truffles in powdered cocoa and store tightly covered.
