Macaroni & cheese salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Elbow macaroni, cooked (unsalted, drained, cooled to room temp.)
½ cup Process American cheese (cut in small pieces)
cup Celery, sliced
2 tablespoons Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Salad dressing mayonnaise-type
2 teaspoons Vinegar
teaspoon Pepper
2 Servings of 1 cup each
270 Calories per serving

Directions

1. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, and onion.

2. Mix salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper thoroughly.

Stir into macaroni mixture.
