Mandarin-turkey salad

teaspoon Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
cup Romaine Lettuce Leaves; Torn
cup Radicchio; Torn
cup Cooked Turkey Breast Meat; Cubed
¼ cup Red Onion; Vertically Sliced
11 ounces Mandarin Oranges In Light Syrup; Drained

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add romaine lettuce and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
