German turkey salad

1 | pounds | Turkey, thinly sliced into strips |
3 | eaches | Apples, peeled and cored |
3 | larges | Gherkin pickles |
10 | eaches | Cooked, cooled potatoes |
Lemon juice | ||
Sugar | ||
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | teaspoons | Duesseldorf mustard |
2 | teaspoons | Tomato paste |
2 | tablespoons | Sour cream |
Directions

Slice the apples, pickles and potatoes into strips and add turkey.
Season with lemon juice and a little sugar. Toss to mix well.
Meanwhile, add mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste and sour cream together. Mix together and chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with tomato wedges and quartered hardboiled eggs. Serves 6. Origin: Sharon Stevens. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Jan/95.
