6 cups Lamb (or chicken) broth
16 ounces Manestra or rice
16 ounces Tomato bits
½ cup Romano cheese; grated

Directions

Combine lamb broth, manestra, and tomato bits; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
