Margarita ices

Ingredients

1 | quart | Lime Juice |
1 | cup | Sugar |
½ | cup | Conintreau or Triple Sec |
3 | cups | Good Mexican Tequila |
Directions
Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 - 8 Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the mixture in an air-tight container or use an ice cream machine, following the manufacturers instructions. Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and garnished with lime wedges.
Yields: ½ gallon
