Marinated pork with watercress and sundried tomato sauce

2 | tablespoons | Sundried tomato oil from jar |
3 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Cloves garlic; crushed | |
250 | millilitres | Natural Greek yogurt or half fat creme; (8fl oz) |

2 | tablespoons | Sundried tomato paste |
50 | grams | Watercress; finely chopped |

½ | small | Red onion; finely chopped |
50 | grams | Sundried tomatoes; diced (2oz) |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||

Directions
Place the leg steaks in the dish with the sundried tomato oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Mix together the yogurt or creme fraiche, tomato paste, watercress, onion and tomatoes. Season to taste. Chill until required.
Heat a frying or griddle pan until hot. Add the pork steaks and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Serve immediately with the chilled sauce and plenty of watercress.
