Grilled pork with nectarines and watercress

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
3 tablespoons Fresh cilantro; or parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Orange zest; grated
1 clove Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 pounds Pork chops; boneless, center-cut
2 Nectarines; pitted,in wedges
1 pounds Watercress; coarsely chopped

Directions

Combine orange juice, cilantro, oil, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place chops in a non-reactive dish and drizzle with 3 tbs of the dressing. Cover, chill and marinade at least one hour.

Prepare grill and cook chops to medium done. Slice into strips and toss with nectarines, watercress and dressing. Serve.
