4 Eggs
cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Cornstarch
32 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
1 Stick butter (softened)
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 pint Sour cream lemon rind

Directions

Crust

2 C graham

½ C sugar

⅔ C melted salt butter

mix crust ingredients and fill a large spring pan.

Beat filling together until smooth, Fill crust, Bake 90 min @ 225 degrees

Open door & let cool slowly, Best made 2-3 days in advance
