2 tablespoons Chopped sage leaves; or more
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar OR dry white wine
1 tablespoon Ouzo; optional
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Blend together.
