Mexican herb thin crust dough

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Dried cilantro
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
cup Lukewarm water

Directions

All liquids to 110* put ingredients in machine as your owner's manual says.

Use dough cycle,which will knead and allow the dough to rise one time. Not necessary to let dough rise longer than 1 hour.
