Mignonette sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Part white wine
1 Part champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
A little minced shallot
Lots of freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Excellent served with fresh oysters.
