Milnot cheesecake

Ingredients

1 pack Lemon flavored gelatin 3 oz.
1 cup Boiling water
8 ounces Cream cheese
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 can Milnot, whipped (12 oz)
3 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Butter, melted

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, and chill until slightly thickened.

Cream together cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly beaten Milnot.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Pack ⅔ of the mixture on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.

Cut in squares and serve plain or garnished with fruit.

Makes 12-16 servings.
