500 | grams | Button mushrooms; stalk removed (1lb) |
Ground paprika and small sprigs of flat | ||
; leaf parsley to garnish |
Directions
Mix together the tuna, cream cheese, herbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle.
Pipe mixture onto tomato halves or destalked mushrooms. Sprinkle over paprika and garnish with small leaves of parsley.
