Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125 grams Canned tuna; drained (4oz)
1 125 gram ful fat soft cream cheese; at room temperature
; (4oz)
2 teaspoons Freshly chopped parsley or dill
2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Punnet cherry tomatoes; halved or
500 grams Button mushrooms; stalk removed (1lb)
Ground paprika and small sprigs of flat
; leaf parsley to garnish

Directions

Mix together the tuna, cream cheese, herbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a plain nozzle.

Pipe mixture onto tomato halves or destalked mushrooms. Sprinkle over paprika and garnish with small leaves of parsley.
