Mini-melba pizzas

Ingredients

½ | cup | No-salt added tomato sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
24 | eaches | Whole grain melba toast rounds |
6 | mediums | Fresh mushrooms; thinly sliced |
2 | eaches | Green onions; sliced |
¼ | cup | (1 oz.) Healthy Choice fat- free mozzarella shreds |
¼ | cup | (1 oz.) Healthy Choice fat- free cheddar shreds |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Place melba toast rounds on a baking sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon tomato sauce mixture on each round. Evenly distribute mushrooms, onions, and cheeses over tomato sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes or until cheese softens. Yield: 24 snacks.
