cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
cup Fat free mayo or salad
Dressing
3 tablespoons White vinegar
3 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Onions -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh or frozen chives --
Chopped
¼ teaspoon Dried dillweed
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Put all in food processor and process until smooth cover and frigerate atleast 1 hr before serving serve with assorted veggies. Yield: 4 cups Recipe By :
