Moonlight mellow chocolate cake

Ingredients

1 pack German chocolate cake mix
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Mashed potatoes -- cold
½ cup Butter or margarine --
½ cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Softened
½ cup Water
3 Eggs
½ cup Nuts -- chopped
2 tablespoons Milk
½ cup Powdered sugar

Directions

GLAZE

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, potatoes, ½ cup butter, water and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.

Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool upright in pan 25 minutes; invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, butter and milk. Cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar until smooth.

Add a few drops milk if needed. Drizzle over cooled cake.
