¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | cup | Flour |
¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
⅛ | teaspoon | Rosemary,ground |
⅛ | teaspoon | Thyme,whole |
2 | tablespoons | Onion,grated |
1 | can | Mushrooms,sliced,drained(8oz |
2 | cups | Milk |
2 | Eggs,hard-cooked,chopped | |
1 | pack | Alaska King Crab,frozen(6oz) |
½ | cup | Swiss cheese,shredded |
Directions
1. Press spinach to remove excess moisture; place spinach in the bottom and around the edge of a well-buttered 8-inch-square baking dish.
2. In a medium-size saucepan, combine mayonnaise and flour to make a paste.
3. Add salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme, onion and mushrooms to saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly.
4. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
5. Stir in eggs.
6. Pour sauce into the center of the spinach-lined baking dish; top with crab and cheese.
7. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes, or unitl bubbly and cheese is melted.
