Neptune's salad

Ingredients

2 packs (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gelatin
2 cups Boiling water
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoons Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Imitation crabmeat, flaked
½ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped red pepper

Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 4 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 5 cups or 4 entree servings.
