Nestle's toll house chocolate chip coolies

4½ cup Flour (all purpose)
1½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1½ cup Brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Vanill extract
1 cup Butter (2 sticks softened)
1 cup Shortening
4 Eggs
1 pack Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda and salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min..

Makes about 5 dozen 2¼ cookies.
