No dough pizza

Ingredients

2 cups Wheat chex cereal --
Crushed to 1 cup.
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 Egg
1 cup Prepared pizza sauce
¼ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup Mozzarella cheese --
Shredded
Optional toppings

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. In medium bowl combine crushed cereal, egg, meat, ¼ cup sauce, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Add salt and pepper if desired. Press mixture into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan to form a "crust". Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining ¾ cup sauce, mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.

Return to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
