Noodles with fresh vegetables

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Whole wheat or buckwheat noodles
4 cups To 6 c vegetables: peppers, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, snow peas,
Cauliflower, carrot (whatever you are allowed)
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Steam vegetables briefly until tender-crisp. Combine with hot noodles and olive oil.
