3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
8 | Chicken Drumsticks | |
¾ | cup | Chicken broth |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Chunky Peanut Butter |
2 | Scallions, sliced | |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
¼ | cup | Chopped peanuts |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 deg. In a large skillet heat oil to medium hot.
Add drumsticks and cook, turning frequently, until lightly brown on all sides (about 10 min.). REmove dumsticks to a &' x 11" baking dish and drain oil from the skillet. In Same skillet, place remaining ingredients, except peanuts; stir to mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over drumsticks.
Bake, covered for about 30 -35 min. or until fork can be inserted into chicken with ease. REmove drumsticks to serving dish and pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with Peanuts.
