Old fashioned sundae fudge sauce

Quantity Ingredient
4 ounces Semi sweet chocolate, chopped
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Liqueur (orange, almond or coffee)
OR 1 tbsp vanilla
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Add sugar and bring to boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add liqueur and butter. Store in fridge. Makes about ⅔ cup.
