Pick; wash, tear into bite-size pieces, peel turnip roots and slice | ||
½ | pounds | Salt pork; Rinse, cut into 2\" pieces |
Directions
Bring water and salt pork to boil in large pan. Cover, adjust heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Add greens; cover and cook 10 minutes. Add roots and bacon drippings; cover and cook about 20 minutes--until tender. Serve with green onions.
