Olive oil salad dressing

Ingredients

| 90 | millilitres | White wine vinegar; (3fl oz) |
| 175 | millilitres | Greek olive oil; (6fl oz) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh oregano; finely chopped |
| Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
Directions
Place the vinegar in a liquidiser and with the motor running gradually add the olive oil.
Add the oregano, salt and pepper and blend until the dressing takes on a creamy appearance. Serve immediately or blend again just before serving.
