One-step lasagne

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Water
31 ounces Spaghetti sauce; (2 jars)
16 ounces Lasagna noodles; uncooked
15 ounces Ricotta cheese
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese; shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Combine the water and the sauce. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with 1½ cup of sauce. Arrange single layer of noodles over the sauce, overlapping slightly. Cover the noodles with ½ of the ricotta cheese and then ½ of the mozzarella cheese. Top with 2 T. parmesan cheese. Repeat these layers ending with ¼ cup of parmesan. Bake for one hour or until set. Let stand covered for 10 minutes.

NOTES : This is a meatless recipe, but you could cook one pound of hamburger and add it to the sauce.
