Orange and anise (fennel) salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Anise bulb, thinly sliced
(also called fennel)
4 Oranges, peeled and sliced
¼ Red onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions

Combine anise, oranges, and red onions.

Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss gently and serve.
