Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Dough for Italian bread
½ pounds Ground beef
1 small Onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Parsley chopped fine
1 8oz can tomato sause
½ cup Grataed romano or parmesan cheese
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Provolone cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, and grated cheese.

fry off until meat turns brown. After meat cools, mix in mozzarella aand provolone cheese and tomato sause. Roll out dough in approximately 6 inch circle. Put in ⅓ cup of meat mixture and fold over like a apple turnover. Squeeze edges with fork and deep fry or bake until golden brown.
