Orrechiette con broccoli

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250 grams Orrechiette pasta; (9oz)
Broccoli
2 Cloves garlic
4 Anchovy fillets
Olive oil
Chilli flakes
Grated percorino

Directions

Take two large pans of salted boiling water and in one cook the pasta for 15 minutes, in the other cook the broccoli for 5 minutes. When the broccoli is ready drain and chop. Drain the pasta and combine all the ingredients and serve with percorino.
