Oven fried salmon cakes

1 can (15oz) salmon, drained &
Flaked
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
¼ cup Minced scallions
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.

Beat egg with fork in med bowl. Add remaining ingredients & mix until well blended. Shape into 8 patties. Place on sheet & bake 10-12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
