Pan-fried sherry pork

1 | tablespoon | Medium-dry sherry |
1 | Clove garlic | |
Salt and freshly-ground pepper |
Directions
Peel and roughly chop garlic. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry pork steaks until browned on both sides.
Add in garlic. Fry for one minute. Adde in sherry, salt and freshly- ground pepper.
Cook until sherry is dissolved. Check pork is cooked through and serve.
